I’ve partnered with Schick to take a 7 Day Shave Challenge to try to Hydro Silk razor and Skintimate Island Berry Breeze shave gel for 7 days. I have to be honest, I HATE shaving I drag it out to the last minute, I’m lazy about it and it often out dries out my skin. The timing couldn’t have been better because I was in the market for a new razor and shaving cream so I was excited to try these!
The razor left my skin feeling soft and I was able to get a really close shave without irritation. My skin is so sensitive, it gets irritated easily so this was definitely a win. The hanging blades make it easy to refill in the shower and I love how the Island Berry Breeze Shave Gel has a thick lather. I’m all about that lather baby!
Overall after 7 days of shaving, I didn’t have any irritation and my skin was still left soft. Now I don’t make it a habit of shaving everyday normally. Usually I shave every other day or every 2 days in the summer but it’s nice to know that the Schick Hydro Silk razor and Skintimate shave gel is so gentle on your skin you could actually use it everyday if you needed to.
