Nestled on a small quiet road in Joshua Tree nestled between open land and epic mountainous rocks likes Rockbound Oasis Retreat. This place is the ultimate getaway. We had a girls trip here and it was the PERFECT location. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It sleeps 7 comfortably if you count the little house also on the property. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook up a storm and they seriously had everything we needed and more. A grill, pool, pool towels, cactus kit, first aid, laundry +soap, dishwasher +soap, I could go on and on, seriously all the things, we wanted for nothing. The host were also super responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had when we were on the property.
We had such a great time catching up, eating and lots of laughing. The weather was a bit too chilly when we went to hang by the pool but it was so gorgeous. The house is not far from the sheriff and other homes so it’s not too secluded which we liked. Joshua Tree does get super dark at night and it did spook us a bit but we felt secure in the home. Also, not too far on the main road are also restaurants and shops so if you want to venture out you have options.
The little casita on the property sleeps 2 and has it’s own kitchenette, bathroom, living room and patio. This little house is perfect for a 2 person getaway and you can just rent this one out if you are rolling as a couple.

The decor was so cute and had a retro yet vibe, I was getting so much inspo for my future home. And it of course makes it very insta-worthy!
They also have a fire pit and a smores kit (I told you, all the things!) but we were having so much fun we forgot to use it! If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful getaway this is it. IT’s perfect for big groups and families!
