• Reflections on 2014

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset2014 has been a pretty crazy year for me. It was the year I told myself I would never work a 9-5 for anyone and I would try to work independently successfully. And guess what?! I did it. I managed to finish recording my EP and now can confidently say I work for myself. Am I exactly where I want to be, no. But did I make tremendous strides toward where I want to be. YES. And I am so happy about that.

If I learned anything this year it’s to believe in yourself and to never give up. If you have a vision for yourself, don’t let anyone or anything stop you from doing it. Some days I wake up and I’m so stressed because I’m a basically a one woman show and have so much on my plate. But I am so grateful to God that I have control over my direction and progress and that I don’t have a boss to report to each day or a cubical I have to site behind.

2014 ended with all the right puzzle pieces and now 2015 is all about putting them together to see my vision through. I have not been this excited for a new year in my entire life. Thank you so much for following my journey and I being a part of making this year so special. I hope to bring you along on an even crazier ride next year!

    Happy New Year!
