Fun fact: I’ve never been trick or treating. My family never celebrated Halloween and I still kind of don’t BUTTT it is fun to play dress up so the past few years I’ve had fun creating fun looks. Now this year I got to do something fun with London. I created this beauty look for our Carmen Miranda inspired looks using products from Walmart.

I started with the Profusion Cosmetics Pro Eyeshadow Palette to create a dramatic eye. I love using costumes as an excuse to wear bolder makeup and this palette did not disappoint. The colors are so rich and vibrant and really popped against my skin. I was so pleasantly surprised by this. It may just be my new favorite eyeshadow palette!

I applied the eyeshadow with the Real Techniques Easy 123 Shadow Makeup Brush Duo and I love how the brushes picked up and transferred the colors. They are also great if your a beginner in makeup as one brush is labeled as the shadow brush and the other the blending brush.

I went in next with the Revlon ColorStay 2 in 1 Angled Kajal Eyeliner. This liner is angled already so it makes a simple cat eye a bit easier to do.

I finished my eye look with the COVERGIRL Super Sizer Mascara in the color very black. I’ve always been a fan of this mascara. It is the best I’ve tried at it’s price point and really makes my lashes pop. I’ve been buying this mascara for years.

For my highlight I used found Baked Illuminating Blush With Rosehip Oil in the color Pink Glow. This blush comes out strictly has a highlighter on my skin tone but I absolutely love it. It’s not too aggressive but gives me the perfect glow.

I’m obsessed with how the final look came out. Walmart is the very first place I ever bought my first makeup products and it’s still a go to to find products.

I’m having so much fun with these mommy and me looks. I made the piece London is wearing. She was not a fan but look how cute haha
