Every time I wear my hair like this someone screams “Janelle Monae!” at me. Crazy how one person can make a style so iconic. I don’t think anyone will be able to wear their hair like this without the comparison. Sort of like the Snookie “poof.” This actually is just an easy way to make my hair look done when I’m all outta ideas. Just throw in a bobby pin or 100 and done lol. I might post a tutorial some time if anyones interested?
