How can you feel homesick over a place that isn’t technically home? Ever since I was 14 years old and took a trip by myself to California for an acting competition, I knew I wanted to live there. And though I’ll always be an East Coast girl at heart there are so many things that I love about California that make it feel like my new home. I’ve made so many new friends there that I’m realizing I have more friends on the West then the East now! I had a routine, a life, a pup (who I miss terribly…he’s with Danny now) But then again I have my besties here and my family of course, and my temperament is so East sometimes I feel less of a connection with the West intellectually. But nevertheless the palm trees are calling my name. My ultimate goal is to just be able to travel as often as I like which I clearly seem to be doing lately anyway. Be careful what you wish for huh?
