Essence Black Women In Hollywood

This is what I wore to the Essence Black Women In Hollywood luncheon last Thursday. I must say the highlight of the night was “meeting” Oprah, I didn’t get a pic because I refused to push my way through and feel obnoxious, although it is Oprah and I probably should have, but I can never get myself to be that much of a fan girl, being her presence was enough. Hopefully we’ll meet again! But the highest highlight was the overwhelming inspiration in the room. A sea full of women that looked like me that are DOING GREAT THINGS. It really makes me anxious to be where I want to be, to inspire others as they inspire me.
