Yesterday I came home from a long day of shooting my music video (coming soon) and the first thing I wanted to do was take a nice long shower. If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen that I posted a teaser that I would be talking about my experience with the new Dove Dry Oil Collection.
I have suffered from dry skin since I can remember. In the winter it gets really bad and the Cali water has only made it worse. Some things I deal with are patches, itchiness, and my skin looking dry later in the day after applying lotion in the morning.
I tried Dove Dry Oil Moisture Body Wash and Beauty Bar for a few days now and my skin has been feeling a lot more moisturized. I haven’t noticed and patches or itching which I think is in part due to it being 1/4 moisturizer and the fact that Moroccan Argan oil is one of the ingredients.
Fun fact: I use pure Argan oil everyday on my face before applying makeup to prevent dryness. So lets just say I’m a big fan or Argan oil.
Even though 1 in 3 women suffer from dry skin, so many people talk about products for oily skin and I feel like us dry girls get a little left out! I personally can not use products that strip my body from oil because I need all the oil I can get! I love that the new Dove Dey Oil Collection has added oil and moisterizer.
