Casa Kimberly: Puerto Vallarta Mexico

Last week, Melissa and I headed to Puerto Vallarta Mexico for a little getaway at hotel Casa Kimberly and let me tell you….it was the most stunning hotel I have ever stayed in hands down. The view from our room was just breathtaking.

We stayed in the Velvet Suit and every morning we would start the day with breakfast on the balcony just overlooking the amazing view. I really wanted to just relax this trip so it was so nice to have moments to relax on the patio beds and sip tea with the soft breeze coming through. I mean I seriously could not have asked for anything more.

The bed was fit for a queen and ridiculously comfortable. Me and Melissa shared and it was so big it was as if we had our own bed! Bonus is that the TV has Netflix on it which I actually haven’t experienced in a hotel before. So we would fall asleep to a movie at night, which is my favorite way to fall asleep.

The hotel is located in downtown PV but the ocean is just a 10 minute walk away. I love when hotels immerse you in the local culture. It’s like getting to experience a new place with the best of both worlds. You see how the locals live but then you get to have that resort experience as well. I hate traveling when you end up only around tourist with stores you see right in your backyard everyday, so I was very happy with the location of Casa Kimberly.

Don’t even get me started on this tub! It had the most amazing view as you just sat and relaxed. I’m honestly not a huge bath person but I mean this one was too beautiful not to climb into! Every corner of this room was just beyond beautiful.

The pool area was two levels with the lounge chairs on top overlooking the view and the pool below. It was the perfect temperature and the water felt great. I know it sounds like I’m just saying these things but I promise you I’m not making any of this up. We were literally in shock at how much we loved every little thing about the hotel. I did not have a single complaint.

I didn’t get a good picture of the food in the restaurant downstairs because we just devoured it. It was that good. I will go to sleep at night dreaming about the Sea Bass, it literally melts in your mouth, so for sure visit the restaurant there even if you’re not staying there.

I can go on and on about Casa Kimberly. But let me leave you with this. If you ever find yourself visiting  Puerto Vallarta Mexico or you just need a reason to visit there. STAY AT CASA KIMBERLY. You will not regret it one bit. From the friendly bi-lingual staff to the scenic rooms and attention to every detail. We had the most magical experience and I can’t wait to come back some day.
